Desktop App Users (Recommended)

For the fastest support, use the built-in Support feature in the Recorder desktop app:

  1. Open Recorder on your Mac
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Click on Support in the sidebar
  4. Click "Open Support Email"

This automatically includes important debugging information like your User ID, app version, and license status, helping us resolve your issue faster.
